NSNY is pleased to offer a free Workplace Harassment and the Yukon Human Rights Complaint Process workshop presented by the Yukon Human Rights Commission.

 

Staff from the Yukon Human Rights Commission will provide an in-depth explanation of the human rights complaint process. The presentation will use a scenario to illustrate how a complaint of workplace harassment could travel through the human rights complaint system in Yukon, and how human rights complaints fit into the broader workplace safety reporting structure.

 

The Commission will also share new Yukon specific statistics regarding sexual harassment in the workplace. Questions and discussion are encouraged.
