Leadership Refresher

. ****Students are eligible for this refresher option if they have been expired for no more than 18 months in their Leadership for Safety Excellence training. The participant's LSE certificate must be through the NSNY (no equivalent courses will qualify). ****

Through various activities and group work, students will demonstrate: their understanding of their roles as a supervisor, how to complete documentation and enable supervisors to continue to build health and safety into their every-day planning, promote a safe work environment where people can work safely, and help to make a lasting contribution to the reduction of incidents in the industry.

Participants who complete this re-certification successfully will be re-certified with Leadership for Safety Excellence for an additional 3 year term.
