This two-day course is designed for supervisors and managers, and for those whose role includes providing orientations and the planning and delivery of training sessions to workers. By the end of this course participants will have gained valuable experience in making presentations, and numerous fundamental instructor skills that will improve their confidence and ability as an instructor.
