Privacy Policy

The Northern Safety Network Yukon (NSNY) is committed to respecting the privacy of individuals and recognizes the needs of those with whom we do business. NSNY collects and retains the information provided for the sake of keeping accurate records of student courses and training, all personal information acquired by NSNY is kept confidential and private, and will not be released. Training and certificate records may be given to the billed employer or sponsor. As well the Yukon Workers Compensation Health & Safety Board may require information as the regulating body for Occupational Health and Safety within the territory. NSNY does not keep copies of nor release any credit information.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

The Northern Safety Network Yukon requires no less then 48 hours to cancel a class registration. Full refund will be issued to cancellations given by the allotted time limit. All no shows will be billed. Classes may be cancelled by NSNY if there are not enough registered participants, in this case a full refund will be given. Please send all cancellations to info@yukonsafety.com, and a NSNY representative will contact you to complete the refund.
